Hello, Iām Mari. I help highly knowledgeable professionals, leaders, and experts communicate complex ideas in ways that create clarity, trust, and meaningful action, without flattening the nuance or integrity of their thinking.
I am a Leadership Communication Behaviorist, Executive Presence Trainer, Public Speaking Coach, and facilitator specializing in high-stakes communication under pressure.
My work supports professionals who want their ideas to land more effectively in the real world and drive engagement, accountability, stronger collaboration, and practical implementation that improves performance, trust, and business results.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with leaders, entrepreneurs, technical experts, and mission-driven professionals to inspire effective action in others. During that time, I have had the privilege of personally supporting more than 3,100 professionals as they developed stronger presence, greater verbal precision, and more influence in the rooms that matter most to them.
My work is grounded in a belief that clarity is not the same thing as simplification.
Many of the people I work with are exceptionally intelligent, deeply experienced, and carrying ideas that matter. But expertise alone does not guarantee connection. Under pressure, even brilliant people can overwhelm audiences with unprocessed detail, lose their natural presence, or communicate in ways that accidentally create cognitive overload instead of engagement.
I help people communicate with greater clarity, influence, and strategic presence while preserving the rigor and intellectual honesty that make their expertise valuable in the first place.
The toolbox I bring to this work is unusually interdisciplinary. My background combines organizational communication, neuroscience, speech physiology, leadership development, behavior change, applied improvisation, and professional theatre performance. Across more than 2,000 engagements as a speaker, trainer, facilitator, and actor, I have worked with audiences ranging from intimate leadership teams to crowds of several thousand people.
People often describe my teaching style as insightful, practical, energizing, and refreshingly human. I care deeply about creating learning experiences that challenge people intellectually while also helping them feel more grounded, more capable, and more connected to their own authentic communication strengths.
I am a Certified Neuroscience Coach, an RLMC Certified Voice and Communication Specialist, and a CE Certified Change and Engagement Consultant. I am also an Equity-Eligible Professional Actor, a graduate of Coach University, a member of the National Speakers Association, an eSpeakers Certified Virtual Presenter, and a Communispond Certified Virtual Presenter and Host.
Outside of work, I am a huge fan of all things live theatre, endlessly fascinated by the strange and surprisingly predictable facets of human behavior, and happiest when I am exploring the Colorado mountains, watching nature documentaries, or hanging out with my cat. I believe curiosity, creativity, and a little bit of humor make both work and life a lot more meaningful.

Hello, I'm Tricia, I am a Paralympian, Disability Inclusion Champion, and Instructional Designer that helps learners turn ideas into action.
I am delighted to support Prism Impact's work in fostering excellent communication in the workplace. I believe that when we communicate with power, poise, and grace, we genuinely bring more of who we are into conversations and facilitate better problem-solving.
Ā As an author and speaker, I translate my experiences from injury to becoming a world-class athlete into life lessons, including: rising from adversity, training for resilience & the importance of teamwork/team culture.
Ā As an Instructional Design consultant, I help educators and facilitators translate their knowledge and experience into tangible outcomes and the successful achievement of learning outcomes that are empowering and relevant.

Ā Hi, Iām Robert and I help people and organizations create learning experiences that are engaging, human-centered, and designed to create meaningful change.
My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, facilitation, cognitive science, communication, and community building. For more than two decades, I have worked with educators, nonprofits, museums, and mission-driven organizations to design learning experiences that help people think more deeply, collaborate more effectively, and turn ideas into action.
Before joining Prism Impact, I worked in a variety of leadership and educational design roles with organizations including the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Urban Gardens, and UCAR SciEd. Along the way, I have facilitated professional learning programs, designed mixed-media educational experiences, led strategic partnerships, and supported thousands of educators and learners through workshops, trainings, conferences, and collaborative initiatives.
A large part of my work has focused on translating research about how people learn into experiences that are practical, engaging, and genuinely useful in the real world. I am especially fascinated by the intersection of neuroscience, learning, communication, and human behavior, and I love helping people move from information overload into clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth.
People often describe my facilitation style as thoughtful, energizing, adaptable, and deeply collaborative. I care a lot about creating learning environments where people feel respected, curious, challenged, and supported all at once. Whether I am facilitating a workshop, designing curriculum, or helping a team think through complex challenges, my goal is always the same: helping people connect more fully to their own capacity, creativity, and purpose.
Outside of work, I am inspired by nature, travel, the performing arts, mindfulness practices, and the ongoing adventure of learning how humans grow and change. I believe some of the best learning happens when people feel safe enough to experiment, reflective enough to notice patterns, and connected enough to do meaningful work together.
